It's not just pasta. It's Calabria, handmade.
There are products that you buy.
And then there are those that you choose.
Pasta Cozzolino was born from a simple belief:
pasta shouldn't just be good, it should tell a story.
Tell the story of the land it comes from.
Tell the story of the time it takes to make it well.
Tell the story of a tradition that doesn't accept shortcuts.

Careful selection of raw materials
✔ 100% grano duro calabrese
✔ Agricoltura integrata
✔ Aderente all’Eco-schema 4 (rotazione delle colture)

Our roots: authentic, Calabrian
In the heart of Calabria, where the sun, wind, and farming culture still hold real value, all our work comes to life.
There is no industrial production here.
There is true craftsmanship.
Every shape is born from inherited knowledge, from precise movements, from a choice:
to do less, but do it better.

“We don't make pasta to fill shelves.
We make it to respect a land, a knowledge and a time that cannot be rushed.
Every shape that leaves our workshop must have a reason to exist:
to be better, to be true, to be remembered.”
— Angelo Francesco Cozzolino
our story

2010
The beginning
At 22, inspired by the aromas of childhood and the hands of Grandma Teresa and Mama Rosa, a decision was made: not to open a pasta factory, but to safeguard a heritage and bring back the emotion of traditional pasta to our tables.

Research
Every morning, fresh pasta made properly, to the point of becoming a benchmark for the town and for restaurants. From a question — "how to make the best possible pasta?" — came the study of wheat, semolina, and bronze die extrusion.

2017
The challenge of dry pasta
Giving dry pasta the soul of fresh pasta: a year of testing and research. We choose slow drying at low temperatures—we don't dictate the drying time to the pasta, it dictates it to us—and certify it with furosine.

Earth and bronze
A zero-mile supply chain with a friendly farmer: naturally grown wheat, respecting the seasons. Each shape bronze-drawn, for a rough surface that holds every sauce. We remain an artisanal laboratory: less quantity, more quality.

Today
From the first order for Amsterdam, we have expanded to the Netherlands, Germany, France, China, and beyond, and in 2024, to new elegant and sustainable packaging. We enter the laboratory with the same enthusiasm as on the first day, because our goal is not to produce pasta, but to deliver an emotion.
Every shape has a reason. Every line, a choice.
A single common thread
Because every format changes the form.
But it doesn't change the philosophy.

Long pasta
Designed for those who seek balance between texture and lightness.
The rough surface, obtained from bronze drawing and slow drying,
allows sauce to adhere perfectly, enhancing every recipe.
It is the ideal choice for those who want to transform a simple dish
into a complete experience.

Short pasta
Shapes designed to hold, collect, and enhance flavors.
Every groove, every curve has a purpose:
to bind the sauce and give structure to the dish.
Perfect for richer, fuller-bodied, more intense sauces.

Integral line
For those looking for a product even closer to the raw material.
Made with whole wheat, it retains all the characteristics of the Cozzolino method:
- slow processing
- high digestibility
- full and authentic taste
It is a conscious choice, without sacrificing pleasure.

"The Little Ones"
Tradition continues, even for the little ones.
"I Piccoli" was created to bring the same artisan quality
to their first dining experiences.
Delicate formats, designed for:
- soups
- broths
